Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, no-shows, deposits, refunds, and booking changes may work across Jusbkme marketplace appointments.

Last updated June 24, 2026

1. Policy overview

Jusbkme is a booking marketplace and business platform. The business you book with is usually responsible for setting its own cancellation rules, refund rules, deposit requirements, no-show fees, and rescheduling windows.

Before confirming an appointment, clients should review the service details, price, appointment time, and any policy shown by the business. By booking, the client agrees to the policy that applies to that appointment.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

A business may allow free cancellation or rescheduling until a stated cutoff time before the appointment. After that cutoff, the business may charge a late-cancellation fee, keep a deposit, or mark the booking according to its policy.

If the platform offers self-service cancellation or rescheduling, the available options may depend on the business rules, the appointment status, and how close the booking is to the start time.

  • Clients should cancel or reschedule as early as possible if they cannot attend.
  • Businesses should keep cancellation windows and client-facing policy text clear and current.
  • A requested change is not guaranteed until the business accepts it or the platform confirms it.

3. No-shows and late arrivals

If a client does not attend an appointment, arrives too late for the business to provide the service, or repeatedly misses bookings, the business may apply its no-show policy.

No-show handling may include keeping a deposit, charging a fee, requiring prepayment for future appointments, or declining future bookings where allowed by law.

4. Deposits, prepayments, and fees

Some businesses may require a deposit, prepayment, card hold, or other booking fee to secure an appointment. The amount and refundability should be shown before booking or otherwise communicated by the business.

When Jusbkme is not the payment processor or merchant of record, the business is responsible for collecting, refunding, or resolving offline payments directly with the client.

  • Deposits may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on the business policy.
  • Late-cancellation and no-show fees may be charged where a client agreed to those terms.
  • Promotional vouchers, package credits, or coupons may have separate rules.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the business policy, the payment method, the reason for cancellation, and whether the service was provided. If a refund is approved, it should normally be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Refund timing can vary by payment provider, bank, card network, and local processing rules. Even after a refund is issued, it may take several working days before funds appear on a client statement.

6. Business cancellations

If a business cancels, moves, or cannot provide an appointment, the business should contact the client promptly and offer a fair next step, such as rescheduling, issuing a refund, restoring a package credit, or arranging another appropriate remedy.

Jusbkme may help surface appointment records or messages, but the business remains responsible for the service relationship unless Jusbkme clearly states otherwise.

7. Disputes and support

Clients should first contact the business if they believe a charge, deposit, cancellation fee, or refund decision is incorrect. Businesses should review appointment records, policy text, messages, and any payment evidence before deciding.

Jusbkme may help users locate booking information or contact details, and may take platform action if we believe a listing, account, or payment practice creates legal, safety, fraud, or consumer-protection risk.

8. Policy changes

Businesses may update their cancellation and refund policies from time to time. The policy that applies to a booking should be the policy presented or agreed at the time of booking, unless a different arrangement is agreed by the business and client.
